As part of Trip.com's rapid expansion in Southeast Asia, their regional office required agile meeting suites, all-hands townhall presentation capability, and an enterprise-wide room booking system.
The Challenge
Ensuring seamless uniformity across 8 meeting spaces so employees could move between rooms without relearning interfaces or adjusting complex audio equipment. Fast turnaround within tight fit-out timelines was paramount.
The Solution
Early Sound and Audio designed a modular, standardized AV infrastructure. Intelligent AI-framing cameras ensure every participant is framed naturally. Digital scheduling panels mounted outside each room sync real-time with Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange.
